yoga classes – summer term

A regular practice makes all the difference to enjoying your yoga and getting the most out of it, whether you’re new to it or you already have an established practice.

This is where you begin to hone your movement skills to feel more at ease in your body; where you can rehabilitate old injuries and strengthen your capacity and self-awareness to move with greater confidence. You learn that you can consciously calm your nervous system through noticing how you feel and how you are breathing, figuring out which practices work best for you.

In the company of other people, yoga becomes sociable, supportive and fun. 

Tracey’s teaching focuses on self-inquiry, with time to explore the relationship of breath and mind and movement at your own pace. Both beginners and the more experienced will enjoy the individual approach. The invitation is to keep your yoga relevant to the needs of daily life and, at the same time, to enjoy exploring and improvising. Yoga as freedom, creativity and enjoyable discipline!

If you’re local, you can join me at the Minehead Community Hall on Friday mornings. It’s a lovely, spacious, sun-lit hall. For those of you further afield, there are two online classes to choose from.

 

Online classes:

Tuesdays 10am – 11.30am   14 June – 2 August

Thursdays 6pm – 7.30pm   16 June – 4 August

Payment Option 1 – for the 8 week term, the special pre-paid price is £80.

Option 2 – £50 pre-paid to attend any 4 classes during the term.

Option 3 – drop-in/single class attendance is £13.

Terms and Conditions for weekly in-person and online classes: Places are limited and are not guaranteed until the full fee has been received in advance for each month or term. Drop-in places are available. Fees are non-refundable. Please note that I require a minimum number of participants to run a class and I reserve the right to cancel bookings without reason or notice.
