weekly classes & seasonal retreats

I share yoga that follows the wheel of the year, offering practices that help you reconnect to your own embodied wisdom by coming into rhythm with Nature’s cycles.

The teaching focuses on self-inquiry. Your experience and your curiosity lead the way, with expert guidance and support from me. There is time to explore the relationship of breath and mind and movement at your own pace.

The invitation is to keep your yoga relevant to the needs of daily life and, at the same time, to enjoy exploring, learning and improvising. Yoga as freedom, creativity and fun!

Weekly class online

Tuesdays 10am – 11.30am on Zoom ~ a steadily-paced class to set you up for a great day. If you can move from the floor, to sitting/kneeling, to standing, with reasonable ease, this practice will suit you. It’s an interactive class, with plenty of inward focus and reflection.

Thursday evenings online ~ this class is currently paused and will resume in 2026.

Dates and availability

I’ll guide you through movements and breathing practices to support the body’s healthy functioning, to focus your mental energy, to release tensions, and to have fun.

Yoga is for everyone and the way I teach is suitable for beginners as well as those with an established practice. We explore natural movements and sensible approaches to yoga asana and I encourage improvisation so that each person’s experience is uniquely theirs, to support what they need in life.

Every class ends with a deep relaxation to integrate the learning and to set you up for a wonderful rest-of-your-day or to carry you into a blissful evening.

Retreats and Wellbeing Weeks

Retreats are a wonderful way to develop your yoga practice and embodied understanding, and of course, to relax away from the distractions of everyday life!

I run retreats and wellbeing weeks on and around the Quantock Hills National Landscape in Somerset, combining in-depth yoga practices with creative, seasonal activities and nature connection. These are the retreats planned for 2026:

Terms and Conditions for weekly in-person and online classes: Places are limited and are not guaranteed until the full fee has been received in advance for each block. Drop-in places are available. Fees are non-refundable. Please note that I require a minimum number of participants to run a class and I reserve the right to cancel bookings without reason or notice.
