I’ll guide you through movements and breathing practices to support the body’s healthy functioning, to focus your mental energy, to release tensions, and to have fun.
Yoga is for everyone and the way I teach is suitable for beginners as well as those with an established practice. We explore natural movements and sensible approaches to yoga asana and I encourage improvisation so that each person’s experience is uniquely theirs, to support what they need in life.
Every class ends with a deep relaxation and after Tuesday’s Zoom class we stay for a coffee and a chat afterwards, making it a really sociable and supportive environment.

The Breathing Space
I began these monthly Friday evening meditation and yoga nidras as an extra way to support my yoga students, and I continue to offer them freely and with love to all. Join me in a quiet space to relax and reimagine how to be in this new world of ours. Each Breathing Space is themed and I can send you the audio recording to listen to again as often as you want. BODY / ART
A relaxed and informal space to be playful with our creativity and explore how it relates to embodiment and our breathing. Previous BODY / ART playshops have included ‘drawing the breath’; hasta mudras – yogic hand gestures for focusing energy; guided visualisations; and lots of free time to doodle, draw and paint. Halsway Wellbeing Week
The Wellbeing Weeks are a great way to enjoy some in-depth yoga practices alongside other creative activities in the beautiful surroundings of Halsway Manor on the Quantock Hills in Somerset. The Autumn full moon week is 18th – 22nd October and there are three more to look forward to in 2022 – a creatively-themed Spring week 25th – 29th April; Summer retreat 22nd – 26th August; and an Autumn week 17th – 21st October.
