I’m excited to bring you four new individually-themed, stand-alone classes exploring different aspects of yoga practice. These will be small group classes in the spacious new hall in the centre of Minehead.
The sessions will be undertaken with all relevant covid safeguarding measures in place. When you book your place, please confirm that you agree to the covid statement at the bottom of the page.
Come and join me for some gentle ‘real world’ interaction and enjoy practising your yoga in company again, especially if you’ve not been able to join the regular classes online. You can sign up for one or two or all of the sessions. See the booking details below. I look forward to seeing you!
2nd July – Balancing the Elements Tuning into the movement qualities of earth, air, fire and water, to notice your patterns and preferences and to arrive at balance in mind and body.
20th August – Standing Up for Yourself We’ll use functional movement practices, yoga asana and visualisation to build self-confidence from the ground up. Expect a few Terminator poses and a focus on feet!
24th September – The Purposeful Warrior Exploring the individual benefits of the three classic warrior poses and how to integrate their strengths into life off the yoga mat.
22nd October – To the Moon and Back! The moon poses take us on a journey through backbends, forward bends and rotations, and to the outer limits of our balancing capacity. Your spine will love it!

Places are limited and are not guaranteed until the full fee has been received. Payments will be confirmed by email/text. Please email me for how to pay.
Fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend it may be possible to transfer the fee to a future event or to offset your weekly zoom class fees.
In the event that I have to cancel a class and cannot reschedule, monies for that class will be refunded in full. Please note that I require a minimum number of participants to run a class and I reserve the right to cancel bookings without reason or notice.
Covid Statement – PLEASE confirm that you have read and agree to this when you book your place
I want us all to feel safe and comfortable and to really enjoy our practice as we come back into a yoga space together.
All necessary measures will be in place for each class, as required by the government guidelines in force at the time and the British Wheel of Yoga insurers, including (but not exclusively): adherence to the venue’s covid risk assessment and code of conduct; safe spacing of yoga mats; wearing of face masks in common areas before and after the class; adherence to the Rule of Six, discouraging socialising in larger groups before and after the class; signing in with the venue’s code for Track & Trace if you have a smartphone.
Please don’t attend a class if you feel unwell or you suspect you have been exposed to the virus.
If you test positive for covid-19 within 10 days of the class, please let me know. I have a duty of care to contact everyone in the class and ask them to self-isolate.
Please respect other people by maintaining physical distance and being respectful that others may feel differently to you about how much space is enough space.
The class will begin promptly at 10am and I ask you to arrive no earlier than 9.55am and to leave promptly at the end. There is currently a one-way system in place – enter the building via the entrance in the Alexandra Road car park and leave via the recreation ground. The car park is Pay & Display, with a small number of free spaces alongside the boundary fence allocated to hall users.
Bring only what you need into the hall – mat, block, blanket, etc. Bring a bottle of water if you want to, as there is no access to the kitchen.
Your Covid Declaration prior to each class:
I declare that I am to the best of my knowledge Covid free. I am not experiencing any Covid like symptoms. I have not been in contact with anyone who is exhibiting Covid symptoms. I have not been advised to quarantine, nor been informed of any need to isolate through any track or trace systems. I agree to carefully read and abide by the general Covid guidelines as published by the Government, and to comply with any specific protocols set by Tracey Roberts Yoga and the venue to ensure the health and safety of all who will use the facilities with and after me.
