The Embodied Breathing Space

Join me for a peaceful hour on Zoom, from the comfort of your own home. We’ll journey with the senses from the delights of the external world, deep into our inner landscape of feelings and awareness. Returning refreshed and ready for the world again.

Seated breath-based meditation can help us feel more focused and calm and that’s followed by a guided deep relaxation called yoga nidra, where you can lie down and totally release the cares of the week. We use visualisation and the felt-sense to create ease in the body and mind. No experience is necessary as I guide you throughout the practice, so get in touch if you’re curious.

I began these evening sessions as an extra way to support my yoga students and I offer them freely and with love to all. Donations are appreciated (whatever you can afford at this time) via Paypal or ask for my bank details.
