Summer Stillness Breathing Space

Friday 17th July at 7.30pm – join me for a quiet hour of meditation and relaxation on zoom.

The Breathing Space is exactly that… a place to pause the momentum of everyday life and sit quietly and create calm and ease in your mind and body. Seated breath based meditation is followed by a guided deep relaxation called yoga nidra. It’s replenishing and re-centring. Everything we need in these changing times.

Create a quiet and warm space where you’ll be undisturbed, and have blankets and cushions to be as comfortable as possible. You can begin sitting on the floor or in a chair, whichever’s best for you.

I began these evening sessions as an extra way to support my yoga students and for now they are offered freely and with love. Donations are appreciated (whatever you can afford at this time) via Paypal or ask for my bank details.
