We’ll gather together on Zoom – ask me for the meeting link – to focus and rest, each in our own heart space and within the supportive energy of community.
This is a great way to de-stress from the push and pull of life and find your inner balance through a simple focus on the breath and sensation. After a seated guided meditation, I’ll invite you to lie down and totally relax in a practice called yoga nidra.
